  • 10% reserve required; Visa, Amex, and Discover only (no Mastercard)

What to know before applying

  • No health claims (e.g. "prevent," "diagnose," "treat," "cure") anywhere on your website or social media
  • Full-panel COA required for CBD/hemp products; THCA capped at 1oz per purchase with a COA on every product page
  • Shipping-restriction disclaimers required by product type — vary across CBD, Delta-8, THCA, Kratom, and Amanita Muscaria
  • Kratom merchants: American Express is not accepted on any account offering Kratom
  • Amanita Muscaria: COA must show a negative result for Psilocybin/Psilocin; not shippable to Louisiana

How dispensary payments work with us

  • Processed through our Point of Banking (Cashless ATM) solution — not standard card-present processing
  • Customer pays a $3.95 convenience fee per transaction at the point of sale
  • Your business earns a $1 kickback for every successful transaction
  • A Merchantic team member will walk through setup and compliance documentation during onboarding
